1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy applies to Airythemes (airythemes.com), a product brand operated by Nxlogy Solutions Private Limited, a company registered in India with its registered office in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

For the purpose of this policy, "we", "us", "our" refers to Nxlogy Solutions Pvt Ltd trading as Airythemes. "You" refers to any person visiting airythemes.com or using our plugins.

2. What Data We Collect

Website visitors

• IP address (anonymized after 24 hours)
• Browser type and version
• Pages visited and time spent
• Referring website

Contact form submissions

• Name and email address
• Message content
• Subject category selected

What we do not collect

We do not collect payment information (all payments are processed by Freemius or Razorpay directly), passwords, government IDs, or sensitive personal information. We do not build advertising profiles.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect for these purposes only:

• Responding to support and contact requests — to answer your questions and resolve issues
• Improving our website and plugins — understanding which pages are visited and what content is useful
• Sending plugin update notifications — only if you have opted in through WordPress.org or Freemius
• Legal compliance — fulfilling our obligations under Indian law and, where applicable, GDPR

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

4. Plugin Data Collection

Our WordPress plugins (Airy Wishlist, Airy Frontend Forms, and others) are installed on your WordPress website — not on our servers. Here is what each plugin does and does not do:

Free plugins (WordPress.org)

Our free plugins do not send any data to our servers by default. All plugin data (wishlist items, form submissions, settings) is stored in your own WordPress database on your own server. We have no access to this data.

Optional telemetry (Freemius)

If you install a Pro version via Freemius and opt in to usage tracking during activation, basic non-personal usage data (WordPress version, PHP version, active plugins list) may be sent to Freemius. This is entirely optional and can be declined or revoked at any time. Freemius's privacy policy applies to that data: freemius.com/privacy.

5. Cookies

airythemes.com uses the following cookies:

• Strictly necessary cookies — session management for logged-in users and security tokens. Cannot be disabled.
• Analytics cookies — we use privacy-respecting analytics (no Google Analytics). You can opt out via your browser settings.
• No advertising or tracking cookies — we do not use Facebook Pixel, Google Ads tracking, or any third-party advertising cookies.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services on airythemes.com:

• Google Fonts — for typography. Google may log font requests. We are transitioning to self-hosted fonts.
• GitHub — our source code and issue tracking are hosted on GitHub (Microsoft). Governed by GitHub's Privacy Policy.
• Freemius — for Pro plugin licensing and payments. Governed by Freemius's Privacy Policy.
• WordPress.org — for free plugin distribution. Governed by WordPress.org's Privacy Policy.

7. Data Retention

• Contact form submissions: retained for 2 years, then deleted
• Analytics data: retained for 12 months in aggregated form
• Support correspondence: retained for 3 years for quality assurance
• Transaction records (Pro purchases): retained as required by Indian tax law (7 years)

8. Your Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) 2023 and, where applicable, GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate personal data
• Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

9. Children's Privacy

airythemes.com is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of airythemes.com after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
